The public transit system in Sandusky, Ohio, is expanding to meet the needs of a less-driving public (older people who can’t drive and younger people who won’t, together with those who can’t afford it) with more vehicle, more routes and more amenities on the buses (such as Wi-Fi). City officials hope this attracts people and business.
